It's a big store but merchandising is very confusing. They merchandise by brand rather than thinking about the customer. We were looking for fitted sheets and duvet covers, had to go so many different places to find and compare in the store because they all are merchant dosed separately. It would be good if all fitted sheets were at one place from cheapest to dearest for all brands. It would make customers shopping journey super easy.

Walked around the whole shop, actually dragged around by the wife but couldn't find anything that grabbed my attention and said buy me. Sadly, the store seems to have lost some of the vibrance it once had, or maybe it was just me having an off day and expecting more than was on offer.

Having worked for this company in the past I have to admit that generally the staff are extremely helpful. However the day that my wife and I went shopping here I was disappointed that the store was short staffed and had to put signs up stating this fact but basically nothing else had been done to rectify this problem. There was 1 staff member who was more interested in her phone call than serving customers. Unfortunately this is what happens when the company policy is to cut staff numbers to increase profits. I also noticed that quality control over some of the fabrics in the clothing departments has slipped considerably.

The kiehls salesperson is pretty eager with selling. Feeling pushed and judged with not buying. The salesperson probably could learn more about how to talk to the customer.

I love this store, the layout is great, they always have fresh stock, I mainly buy clothes and makeup there. Parking never a problem and assistants are friendly and helpful.

Bought a gift for a friend two days ago, took it back on the same day for a refund as it was not how he wanted, we got told that they only do Gift card" as a refund

Wanted to get myself a perfume, as soon as I had stepped in to the store, I had the workers staring at me. When I went up to the counter I had another lady watching me. Her attitude was NOT it, she was extremely condescending and rude, she came up to me with a look of disgust when asking me “if I was alright” when I replied I was fine she rolled her eyes and kept her eye glued to me as if she was expecting me to steal. I did end up purchasing the perfume however I do wish I bought it at another farmers after she threw my product in a bag with no care. The customer service is extremely poor here. If you’re wanting something from Farmers, I suggest you shop online.
