Dont post things often but when i do, the Glen Innes staff are always professional & friendly. They do their job well & are quick with their service. Always a pleasant visit & they make sure to post your parcels correctly as well. Very trusting store.Also had great Covid Safety measure in place during Alert Lvl2.

I always has bad experience at this branch. Staff specially one lady is so rude. They refused to make western union transaction just because, my gf wanted first to send money but we changed to my account. So impolite behaviour.

Remarkable bad service as a delivery company, these people can't even follow simple instructionsThey will deliver only when you are at work and even when you tell them that you WAIVE THE SIGNATURE, you still come home to a card in your door and have to go and pick up and do their job for them, what am I actually paying for here???I think a company like this never would survive without governmental subsidies...Minus five stars...

Bit confusing when you go in one day and they tell you the price is going to be $32 for postage to Australia including tracking then go in the next day and they say it’s $57 for postage and tracking or $72 for tracking and sign! seems pretty ridiculous when it’s only one necklace that weighs nothing. Should of posted the day the lady said it was $32 would have got a deal and not broken the bank :/

I had been wanting to purchase a stamp for a postcard and it was my 4th attempt at doing this as other shops didn't have stamps that could make up the exact amount needed.
