This is the most unprofessional company that I have ever worked with. Believe the other 1-star comment that the installation process is awful.First, the installer showed up unannounced without an email or phone call to make an appointment. He also didn’t wear a mask in the current COVID environment when it is required to wear a mask.Second, the channel installer didn't notice that our shower requires a custom-made glass; but only when they came to install the glass, the glass installer realised that their pre-made glass wouldn't fit and asked us to pay the extra for a custom made glass; if we were informed that we had to make a custom-made glass to begin with, we wouldn't have ordered them from this pre-made glass company.Third, even with the custom-made glass, the shower door wouldn't close properly where every time you pushed it to close, it bounced back. They said it was normal…until I showed them a video displaying otherwise.Finally, the end product still left a gap in the bottom of the shower where water leaks out every time you use it. See the gap in the picture. They refused to fix the issue and claimed that this is their standard way" when I have consulted my builder who indicated that the gap was indeed too big and can be easily fixed.When I persisted

One of our 14 frosted panels was incorrectly sanded resulting in dust, dirt and water drops collecting on the surface. Asked them to fix it, the specialist" came in

We have just completed a major renovation including installation of a swimming pool. We installed a significant length of glass pool fencing and deck balustrade. We used Grand Glass as the supplier, they were fantastic to deal with making the choice around options, measure up and supply very easy. We had no issues with the installation and the end result looks a million bucks! People constantly comment that the job looks amazing and who did it? We were cautious as we were building on a small island in the Hauraki Gulf so not only cost but transport, access and weather were all really difficult considerations. We found communication was great and everything we raised and discussed were actioned and well responded to. The end result was great and all communications were prompt and accurate. We would recommend Grand Glass to anybody and will use them again in the future.

It sounds staged but it isn't. They were not only a fraction of the cost of everyone else, but they did an amazing job. The product and work was top quality and they did it exactly when they told me they would. They not only did my balustrade but the stair handrails and shower cubicles - all fantastic and cost less than other options.I would highly recommend them.

I tried my local shops to get some help with shower parts to no avail. Did some googling found grand glass and all I can say is that they were amazing. The lovely ladies went beyond to help me get the bits I needed. Thanks heaps team!!
