Amazing service, great honesty. Went to Omnitech Te Rapa as the screen on my wife's phone died. They quoted for a screen replace. When it got diagnosed, it was found to be simply a bit of wire needing re-soldering. Much less and the turnaround was fast!

Took phone in to get screen replaced, got it sent away, they said done in 2 days and for a good price, went back everyday of the week for 2 weeks to ask if phone has come back, got given a phone they thought was mine, they didn't know where my phone was.Finally got phone back, no sim card, had to buy new sim. Had to pay 40 dollars more than was quoted.Not using this tech repair again.

I have complaint that I have given my I phone 8 plus in tech point on 24/6/2021 that was broken from screen but working good. But when we got it back then sensor wasn’t working and also speaker and mike was quite damaged . And there an Indian boy he said before that when we put screen we don’t open the phone but when we told him that we have friend who is working in same company he said we need to open it then he get embarrassed and said yes I have opened it. But the worst thing he did not accept his fault It was very bad experience as he damaged my phone. Hope you solve it.

I took my phone in to get the screen fixed and now all of a sudden my phone doesn’t work. The screen keeps turning off and my battery life drains super fast. I rang my phone company and they suggested taking it back, when I rang to ask Omni tech whether they could fix it they said that it wasn’t their fault and tried to blame me. Worst customer service in store as well.

Bought a wrong headset and realised in 10 mins and did not open at all. but was told no refund even change to another one is not accepted, no flexibility, maybe my bad, but bought something totally useless is frustrating! Bad experience!

Don't ever shop here. Their service is terrible. Cheap quality products. Got a screen protector came off in a few weeks. Lady was really rude and when she replaced the screen protector she did a very bad job.

Dishonest company that doesn't rectify repair issues and uses subpar parts.They replaced my work phone battery with an inferior product that lasts less than half a day. After the repair the phone screen started going blank with lines across it. I returned it as soon as I could (required temp work phone as it needed to be sent away).They refused to repair the screen saying it was a separate issue. I tried to talk to a supervisor and they where always away, no email confirmations and dishonest about their comms when talking to my IT team. STAY CLEAR.

Needed a battery for a very old phone, rang Omni Tech, they sourced one, waited four days then picked it up, they changed battery as well, no problems in plus six months, saved me buying new phone, excellent service
