Beautifully Handmade Joey Chalk Original Wood Furniture, New Zealand | Joey Chalk, a craftsman furniture maker at Kingpost Timberworks, is never more at home than when he’s in his workshop. If not there, Joey will be out on an installation, but he welcomes visitors to his Auckland workshop, just give him a call!

Joey made a wall to wall bookshelf for us and did a sterling job. Not only was he an excellent craftsman, he was also very reliable and professional. He took time to quote and explain making sure we would be happy with the final result as well as cleaned up afterwards as if he was never there. A pleasure to work!

We have used Joey Chalk to help design, build and install two custom made full wall book case plus cupboard units. Very easy to deal with. Professional and on time. Excellent quality and good value for money. We had a small issue with alignment on one bit of trim and Joey promptly rectified. I would recommend Joey and would use again.
