Took my Taylor here after been recommended by a friend. Neville was extremely helpful and did a stunning job on fixing my guitar - sounds and plays beautifully now. I live 300km away but probably wouldn't take my guitars anywhere else now. Couldn't fault his work.

I recently entrusted Neville to repair the bridge on my 1961 Levin guitar.He has carried out a wonderful job and the guitar sounds better than it ever had in the past. He put new, correct gauge strings on it and also lowered the action. Thanks again Neville and it was a pleasure doing business with you. Pete

Best place in the country to get your musical instruments sorted. And best place to get some musical knowledge/stories. Neville did an amazing job setting up my classical (spanish) guitar. Now it plays and sings like a siren in a misty, dark sea, luring sailors to their deaths :)With decades of experience in the music scene, why would you take your beloved baby to be serviced by anyone else. My guitars would now only go to Mr Music, nowhere else.

Absolutely brilliant service from Neville my recent purchase. Best communications from a web purchase ever, and lighting fast dispatch. Doesn't hurt that he stocks some really great product that is pretty hard to find elsewhere, and his after sakes service is 100% too. Couldn't be more highly recommended.
