Our first visit & we were thrilled to find what we wanted & more. Spent way more than we intended, but happy. Very helpful friendly staff. We'll be back. I was surprised their prices seem similar with Bin Inn (much nicer surroundings) & with a huge selection. There are no pre-packaged things, but they have paper bags of various sizes.

Impeccably clean and well presented.However, I concur with the other reviewers, the prices are absolutely crazy.While Bin Inn might not be as well presented, the prices are reasonable, which makes it better suited to every day essentials.There are some wonderful treats here, but be prepared to pay for the quality.

Leading the way for zero waste / reduced plastics. This is a stunning store with friendly staff and a great variety of products to suit all dietary requirements. If you get in early enough you can buy a loaf of the best sourdough too (smoked rye all the way!). They accept all BYO jars, bottles and bread bags. Also have a nice loyalty scheme. I'm just waiting for package free potato crisps now ; )

Excellent range of organic foods, all kinds of nuts, seeds, gains etc. Refills of Eco products. Good selection of bath and kitchen items. I went in to refill my Eco shower gel and buy cashews and came away with lots more goodies. Well worth a visit.

went to buy a loaf of bread on sunday morning. shop was shut but girl was putting bread in window, saw me, unlocked door and i said i wanted a sourdough load, she said we open in 5 mins and closed the door, what a shocking service and will never go back, if it was good enough to open the door to talk to me she could have served me. wake up retailers
