Went here on 05/01/19. Just average not great. Limited meat selection, store is very cold in temperature. I found customer service ok. A normal supermarket butcher would be better. Now I can see why this chain is going down the hill.

I called in yesterday befor going to the store asked if they have fresh Top side in the store am sure I spoke to the manager or the team leader told me yes it arrived today I buy it go home and see it Not Even fresh very disappointed at the mad butcher Mt Roskill very unprofessional!

Mad Butchers Mt Roskill had such a fast delivery and great service!My family and i were struggling one week to do a meat shop and we ordered online using afterpay and it was the best idea ever. We ordered a $60 meat box and it lasted us almost a week and a half.

Was going to grab a picania for the rotisserie but the butcher said he had a sweet piece of scotch fillet, so I grabbed it and even with trying weather conditions it came out perfect, thanks to Rueben and the team quality service

I always have a great amazing experience shopping at Mad Butcher in Mt Roskill. They have enormous supplies and with the best deals. Lovely staff , amazing customer service. If I order for delivery, always on time. They always impress us with everything.Our freezer is full with all their fresh meats and veges. They are the BEST. Thank you Mad Butcher.

This is my go to place for meat. Meat Box number 2 is of excellent value for the family and keeps us well fed. The equivalent from a supermarket would cost a hell of a lot more. Delivery is always prompt and everything is so fresh. Highly recommend!

Excellent Customer Service. Dan the Operators Manager sparked up a conversation as soon as he saw some new faces. Made us feel really welcome and even gave us a welcome gift to Auckland. Best Customer Service I have ever been served with. 10/10. Not only a great team of people but very good quality of meat as well. I will be a regular in this store. Thanks Dan & The Team.
