I recently engaged Tom as part of an application for a senior leadership role (GM) of a large financial institution. Interview Coaching Program 2 hoursWhich included some of the points below:- behavioural questionnaire emailed to me- Professional and virtual interview PowerPoint presentation which I went through key points (for me) with Tom- Tom went through the specific job documentation and reversed engineered points into questions that might be asked in a interview.- went through those questions like a mock interview which help give me confidence- assisted in suggestions re great questions to ask at the end of the interviewExcellent. Really appreciate the thorough assistance and encouragement. 5/5I was late to the training and Tom was willing to cut into his own time to provide the whole 2 hours.Thanks Tom!

Tom is a hearty, warm and friendly chap who has some great ideas to share. His techniques will really help the individual and it is very much worth the cost of the 2 day course on interviewing 1 & 2.
