Supposed to have had a package delivered via Toll in Kerikeri. They've marked it as delivered and I have received neither my package nor a slip detailing attempted delivery. One can only assume my property has been stolen by someone working for Toll. Suffices to say I am incredibly displeased..

I Asked if a vacume could be delivered to whangarei. Was basicly told it wasnt possible. And if there was any damage it was at my expense. Very unprofessional, zero customer service.

Toll driver backed into my wife's car in Waitangi countdown, damaging the hatch and almost running her down. Wouldn't show his driver's license or give his name.finally tracked him through the store manager. Shell gamed us around for a month, and won't pay for the extra $300 for a courtesy car so we cash can finallyclose the boot. Very un-professional conduct.
