Just had excellent service from Matthew when purchasing an emergency macbook charger. Just a young guy but friendly and accommodating, he even charged my laptop for me. I'd been on a bit of a wild goose chase trying to find the adapter I needed and had come from another electronics store where the assistant seemed bored and disinterested, so it was great to find a rep who was so helpful. Thanks!

Great if you want to grab a pair of cheap but decent quality earphones. Had a wide variety to choose from, and much cheaper than buying a pair of cheap headphones from the airport. My only gripe is that even the $16 headphones were locked on the rack, making purchasing them a bit of a chore (you need to find a staff member, get them to unlock them for you and bring them over to the desk, instead of just grabbing them off the shelf and continuing your shopping. I don't know if it's like this everywhere in NZ, but it's a little annoying is all). Otherwise, a great, well presented electronics store.

Beware the sale person Yashkumar B, he picked the opened product as a new sold it to you, after I realised it he said this is the last item in stock, then other staff told him there is some at the store end up I got the sealed product later, second he didn't wish to applied the legit discount code with the ridiculous reason which didn't exist in the conditions. Outrageous

Came here to buy a dehumidifier stood at the counter with the product for about 9mins until an employee finally stumbled by and mumbled won't be a minute . . . Another 5 mins past so I placed the item down and left. worst customer service out of any noel lemming I've been to.

I don't tend to write Google reviews but I just received an email saying that they would not print my review about my last purchase and the lack of service that was provided. What's the point of offering a review if you only want positive. Negative reviews let staff and the company know what they need to improve on. This was my first and will be my last time at home we know lemon the lady that served me on arrival was very unhelpful and told me I could not use my name to pick up and ordered item or call stop luckily there was actually a staff member there or he knows what it is to provide customer service and found a way to assist me. I was then told I could not get a receipt or proof of purchase because I had bought this item online. Again how is this not possible? The item I purchased Apple AirPods are great. As like most Apple products there's a high standard.

Walked in this afternoon not far off their closing time. After having a very unsatisfied experience at PB tech down the road I was feeling very deflated but needing to find a laptop for my upcoming studies. I was greeted by a lovely gentlemen who went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal. So happy with my purchase and even happier with the customer service I received from your team members. I left forgetting about the awful customer service I received down the Rd and happy as with my new laptop from noel leeming ☺️

Lots of awesome products with fair prices. Prompt customer service with good knowledge of their brands. This store also has a warm and welcoming atmosphere where you can freely browse all their latest devices.

We reached the store at 1725 hrs on 12/4/23 to pick up our new Chromebook with kids in the car. The team were least bothered and refused to handover the delivery. The payment was made in full on 9/4/23. Staff had zero communication skills and communicated using hand gesures from inside the store. Appalled by the customer service!
