Waterfall Farm

We finally had our wedding a few weeks ago at Waterfall Farm. Beautiful venue, vibe and good facilities.Ashley been very helpful and responded to my many many questions promptly and saved the day when we couldn't find our HDMI cable.

Waterfall Farm was such a beautiful venue for my friend’s wedding. It was so relaxing and where the ceremony was held, in the glade made for a picturesque setting and such a beautiful place to get married

Ashley at Waterfall Farm was amazing.She answered all of our many questions and made planning our wedding from abroad such a breeze. The wedding venue was beautiful and we were so impressed with how well kept it looked and how dry and solid the ground stayed even after all of the crazy floods.We picked Waterfall Farm because we wanted a venue that we could make our own and one that could work within our budget. This venue was perfect for that. We were able to bring in a taco truck and ice cream truck and DIY the table decorations. The end result really felt and looked like us.We were also impressed with how much is included in the venue hire and all the beautiful details around the property. You don’t need to hire chairs or tables for the ceremony/reception and all the fairy lights/festoon lights (which make the marquee look so magical) are permanently installed. The other venues we looked at charged extra for festoon and fairy lights.

We had our wedding at waterfall farm, Ash was amazing ! Such great communication and always willing to help if you did have questions !We wanted somewhere we could do a DIY wedding, everyone raved about the night and much they loved the lights at night and how the whole thing felt like home.The day went by so fast ! My suggestion for brides and grooms to get an Airbnb to get ready closer to the venue to rest ❤️Thank you guys again for the amazing venue !

We were married at Waterfall Farm on 18.03.23 and had the most amazing day. The venue itself is so stunning and requires little additional decoration as the natural beauty speaks for itself. Ashley was extremely easy to work with and communication was great the whole way through. We had so many guests saying what a beautiful venue it is. The venue is a perfect balance between full service and DIY allowing you to make it completely your own but without having to organise too many big/additional things. We would highly recommend Waterfall Farm to anyone looking for a beautiful rural setting for their wedding.

Waterfall Farm is a really awesome venue! Every wedding I have photographed there has been amazing.I love their beautiful forest chapel for the ceremony. It’s well sheltered from the wind, and the altar is nicely lit.There are so many great photo spots onsite and nearby. Just past the reception marquee, there is a gate which leads up to a hill filled with beautiful big trees. This is a great spot for diverse bridal party photos and portraits. Omeru Reserve, which is two minutes up the road, has three waterfalls, some amazing native bush and lovely open space.The reception spot has a beautiful marquee with a wooden floor. Included are wooden tables and chairs, a black chalk board for signage and outdoor fairy lights! Guests can get their drinks from a cute caravan bar which makes for a great indoor/outdoor flow throughout the night.

I absolutely loved our venue! Karen was so accommodating and answered my million questions and had amazing communication letting me stop by several times before the wedding. I couldn't recommend this venue enough. The glamping tents were fabulous. And seems a strange thing to compliment but the toilets were fantastic, so clean and well maintained. Beautifully manicured grounds!

My husband and I recently got married at Waterfall Farm and I can't thank Ashley/Karen enough for their help! The venue is beautifully set up with pretty much everything you need! We booked this venue a little while ago and I must say from the first time we made contact the communication has been amazing! We were looking for a place we could have both the ceremony and reception as well as a place we could choose our own food and Waterfall Farm was perfect! We had a food and ice cream truck as well as a beautiful grazing table. Besides a bit of rain on our special day, we had a beautiful day with all our guests! Who also commented about how great the venue was :) Thank you again Ashley and team for all your help!
