Best knowledge & service ever, just love supporting NZ owned businesses like this. Thanks ladies for teaching me which is the best buggy to buy that suits us and going that extra mile checking it fitted into the boot of our car and teaching us how to use the baby seat correctly and installing it for us too. 5 +++ stars from me. I’m a first time mum. Buying a car seat was stressful, because they are so expensive and there’s too much out there! I spent countless hours of research. BOTM have good range of quality car seats and they were friendly knowledgeable and very helpful! I’m very happy with my car seat, settled on a One4Life, happy there was 15% off on Black Friday <3 highly recommend Baby on the move Albany

I recently had my sons car seat installed by the girls at the North Shore store. Installed my seat perfectly and super quick and gave great advice on the seats to look into for when my son outgrows his current. Very friendly and nothing was too hard for them! Recommend the team to all.

I live north of Auckland and had booked a capsule 3 months in advance of when it was required. I tried calling and leaving messages multiple times to see if I could pick up a week earlier, but was never phoned back. I drove to the store and was told that “I’d fallen through the cracks” and that “they were busy”. Very disappointed with the service and will never trust purchasing from them.

Disappointed with the service here. I rented a carseat from here, and granted I returned it a month late because I didnt realise that my hire return date had passed. I had been anticipating an email reminder from them, but it never came. I took the carseat back today and was told that they were going to take my bond for a late return. Fair enough, it was 100% late, but when I asked why I didnt recieve an email reminder I just kept being told it was the system". I dont think this is really good enough

Terrible service of the woman with the red hair, a promise she didn't keep and just terrible treatment, I purchased products over $3000! The way the woman spoke to me was terrible, I quote: this is going to be a bad day today" .I swear the saleswoman said one thing at the time of purchase and the day I returned something else

I have hired car seats about once a year for the past 3 years and each time has been a seamless experience. The ladies who work here are lovely, friendly and have helped me no matter if I need a car seat next month or the next day.
