Went in to ask about their laptop repairs, yip, no problem drop it off tomorrow they said. Turned up to drop it off and the stores closed - (10:45am Friday). Facebook, Google has the store as open. Thanks for wasting my time.

Went in for a damaged screen… the new screen was done nicely.came back to the phone looking brand new but now my phone keeps showing “loading screen of boredom” if you know what I’m talking about lol.This has happened multiple times on my other phones with the same people a gave to. Definitely not coming back anymore.

I decided to come here when my phone battery started to play up and wouldn’t turn on anymore. I took it in and briefly explained the situation that I was in and clarified that it could just be the charging port and battery that needed to be renewed. The guy that was on shift properly checked and also agreed but wanted to make sure it was that or else it would’ve been replaced for nothing (he also mentioned if that was the case, then I wouldn’t need to pay.) Came back 2-3 hours later to my phone being fixed and working better then it was before. Excellent and fast service, left with a smile on my face. :)

iPhone service is excellent here at IT fox solutions Auckland store, This is my double visit to this place and I found it to be very professional in terms of the repair service they provide is reliable and quality. Customer service is really good they helped me time on time. Thanks for fixing my iPhone. I think this is the best place for iPhone repairs in Auckland. Highly recommended to every iPhone owner.

Awful service, my speaker broke after 2 charges after the repair, and we were being very careful. When I went back, they wanted to charge me full price because I damaged" it and probably forced the cord. Sure. Thanks for wasting my money."

Really disappointed with the service and communication given with a promised laptop repair. I had dropped off my laptop in hopes of a diagnostic to see what the problem was, and was called shortly after with an accurate price. I agreed for the repair and after returning to pay for the repair was told that my laptop is no longer fixable and is left in parts at the back of his store. Although I said I was interested in getting my files off the laptop he tried to charge me $300 for the procedure and has held my laptop hostage for a $100 fee which was undisclosed to me from the beginning. Very unprofessional service and left very dissatisfied.

They offer a free diagnosis, i had issues with charging the phone and he used a microscope and in addition to cleaning out stuff from the charging port there was also metal corrosion. After attaching the proper phone jack, which also failed to work, he refused to accept any payment

These guys are amazing, always come up with the solution for everything, I will definitely recommend them for everyone who’s want repair and good customer service. They repair and Solve my Face ID issue and lcd screen In given time. I want across the road they said they will take five days and double of price which IT FOX charge me, I mean seriously so I called theses guys was already impressed over the phone because they explained really well. I will be back guys and highly recommended.Regards Noor :)
