It was an absolute pleasure working with Keith Jones from Loan Market on my recent property purchase. During our initial meeting he clearly explained how things would work once I found a property. To help get things going while I was on the hunt Keith got the ball rolling with the bank and in a short space of time I had my loan pre-approval. This was very helpful when looking for properties as I had a much clearer idea of my price bracket.Once my offer on a property was successful Keith and I were in regular contact, but it was the smooth communication between Keith, the bank and my solicitor that made the process of purchasing a whole lot easier.
