Never even got to the chair so I can't comment on the quality of the work here! Made an appointment and had to wait, which happens. But as new people came in, they were seated before me, even though I politely reminded the girl I had an appointment. Ended up giving up and making an appointment elsewhere. Disappointing customer service.

Born as half vietnamese and european, here is my fair review. Been in Taupo for Holiday, I found this only place do walk in in town. Paid $38+ $5 for taking old gel off on my finger nails. They have done quick and lovely job worth for just $43. The salon quite busy. I understand Vietnamese they all talk in Vietnamese which all about works. Love that they are busy but always smile and happy.

Although quite busy, City nails had time to give me a pedicure. I didn't wait long for service. The young lady was pleasant and quick and efficient but made time to give my legs a lovely scrub, heated stone treatment and moisturizer massage. (Without asking for them) the only negative would be they didn't turn on the vibrating chair, I didn't like to turn it on myself.Definately will return

Most durable acrylics I've had so far! Definitely going back for my next set. Lovely staff. Good prices. Hygienic. Matched the photo of what I wanted perfectly.

Awesome service very friendly and understanding what was asked of them when I stated I had allergy to acrylic and managed to find a good option for me. 3 weeks after getting gel extensions and nails are still going strong very happy client.

Don't waste your money. Find somewhere else to go. Pedicure....thought I'd treat myself. Could of done it better myself with a piece of pumice. And having all the girls yapping at full noise across the room to each other. Nope.
