And this place is affiliated with a vet.... so walked in and asked for a cat wormer for our 15yo feline. Woman at counter showed me four different wormers. FOR A KITTEN , DOG AND SMALL CAT!!! then read the instructions herself!!! Whoops NO IDEA. Then asked me have I taken her to vet . I replied yes ,in the last 6 months. All I want is a booster wormer. But that was too hard . Get it together. Walked out disgusted. Train ur staff with some basic life skills.:-(

I have found Animates Botany Downs to be a perfect pet paradise for all owners. Store is well laid out with good stocks easy to find, staff is friendly, Vetcare is kind and attentive and the grooming is of a high quality. Recommend!

Worst grooming service. My puppy ended up with an infection because of such close shave in their private part. Lucky my vet picked it up when we took our pup for vaccine. The Asian couple at the groomers there weren’t ready to listen to what I wanted but I disregarded it thinking they are professionals and knew better. Never going again.

Our cat Baxter was in so much pain so we rushed him up to animates yesterday as it was just around the corner from us. However we weren't registered so were sent on our way from heartless staff. Took him to pakuranga vets who were just incredible and we sadly had to get him put down.

Great Helpful Staff.Good product varieties avail for all budgets.Theres a vet located instore &instore Grooming also a D.I.Y animal washing service.i was impressed with the different animal product choices avail like guinea pig products,rabbits,fish,dogs,cats,turtles etc
