This guy (I didn't get his name) helped me urgently, late in the day to cut a key from a lock barrel, it wasn't an easy fix, but he was was so friendly and kind and interesting! My only complaint is that it was far too cheap for the time he invested! Absolutely highly recommend and will always be my go to for anything lock like!

2021Great Service only 30 minute wait at North City Porirua.It wasn't explained fully, that they needed to get into mum's car to assess and transfer digital-info from the car ignition to her new digital remote control attached to new car key.Achieved 100% exactly what was asked for.Affordable, re- comparison quote from a not so far away from Porirua car dealer.Sad to hear that they dont provide the same service any more.The car key still works since early 2021.No problems and x1 of battery recently.

Had yet another amazing experience with the Lockdoctor today! about time I write a review. They are always very good and fast.I have used these guys for years and they have always catered to my personal lock needs as well as my business.We recently took on an unexpected project with strict time constraints,giving the Lockdoctor team hardly any warning or heads up. Awesome service rung on Tuesday for advice and they gave me options to choose from even offering to show me how to do it myself. Came the very next morning and installed new lock. Very reasonably priced and helpful. Would definitely use them again.
