Prime performance is an awesome gym. They have a great range of equipment/work out gears. 24/7 and they also have a sauna, spa and cold therapy pool. This gym offers lota of different services also. Check out the website and join if you live in the area.

Prime Performance is honestly the best gym I have ever been to. Not only is there a huge variety of equipment, classes and plenty of space to work out; but the owners are so passionate and friendly. I have never been confident to try new things and go out of my comfort zone, but thanks to the owner he encouraged me to try one of the classes and his effort has now resulted in me trying a variety of new classes and thoroughly enjoying myself. I now feel confident to try anything, including equipment because I know I can get assistance from staff to use new equipment and get advice on correct techniques and amount of sets for best results. Through gaining confidence in trying new things I have met new people and feel truly satisfied with my experience here at prime performance. Thanks Rene & Irina! ❤️

I only have a m/ship for the Wet Area & its the best money I've ever spent on myself. I have 2 rare health conditions, pain from old injuries, insomnia & menopausal, until I joined PP, I was taking 14 pills per day. Now I don't take any! Complete holistic vibe. Friendly patrons, professional staff & clean equipment. The only con is that the wet room is open to the circuit room & relaxing can be hard when there's tires crashing on the floor or other members are weight lifting. Still better than wine. 100% recommend it.

I use to be a member, some personal things happened and I went to the hospital after injuring my self at the gym, while I was there I couldnt pay my gym fee now they are being stuck up and uncalled for charging me a large amount of money while i was in hospital.., don't recommend any contracts with prime

Fantastic fun classes that are upbeat and easy to follow. You can work at your own level and never feel pressured during the class. Pilates classes are well rounded to make sure you are gaining strength, stability and flexibility during a class. The instructor is very well trained and keeps you well informed throughout the class. The gym is immaculate, always kept clean and tidy. The owners are extremely welcoming, professional and informative. They are more than happy to go out of their way to help you achieve your goals. Give it a go, you won't be disappointed.

The facilities here are great. The people who run this business don't care about their customers. They won't notify you if their services are unavailable, if you inquire they'll be snarky and if you follow up they'll immediately suggest unsubscription. I feel uncomfortable and unwanted here and its a shame cause it has good facilities and a competitive price.Update from 2 days later. Without my prompting they cancelled my subscription. Disgusting behaviour. Do not support this business

I've been to gyms all over the world and this is the best one I've ever been to. Everything you need and then some, loads of space, train how you want to train. And then add the fact it's 24 hours AND has a spa, sauna and cold bath and it's absolutely world class. And that's not even getting into the red light therapy, isolation pod and much more.

This gym is so well equipped in a huge space. You never feel cramped and never have to wait for use of machinery. A wide range of classes at loads of different times, with quality instructors that help you achieve your best results! I highly recommend this gym and the wonderful team at Prime Performance!

Huge, clean and tidy gym with great range of equipment, a large selection of classes and a separate dance studio. 6 separate bathrooms with showers downstairs, large changing rooms and bathrooms with more showers. 24/7 access for members. Spa , sauna, ice bath and massage bath upstairs. There is a fully equipped Pilates Studio upstairs with group and private lessons. There are other services like : red light therapy, biocharger, lymphatic massage suit, hyperbaric oxygen chamber, Thai massage , nail and beauty services and more! There is a large selection of fitness classes including dance classes. Very central location.

Clean and spacious gym, with a variety of equipment.There is a number of machines that I had not used before at other gyms. Rene was very patient showing what and how to use, and recommending the best weight settings.Very positive experience during my first visit, no judgement about me being unfit.Definitely looking forward to my next visit.
