What an awesome team. What great service . My work had a disaster and our big washing machine broke down leaving us in dire straights. I phoned Brian and was told not a problem bring it all down we will sort out. Leeeegend. So for a whole week Brian and his awesome team were our great saviour. So thanks for the great service and team support.

Absolute worst experience! The owner refused to do my clients laundry as we trialled a new one for a few months and found it to be alot more expensive so decided to go back to Wairarapa laundry. I showed up and was being sworn at and was treated with 0 respect as customers should be. Hes always been grumpy but this was over the top! Everyone is entitled to try different services but he didnt think so!

We took our laundry here and was good for a month. Then we started getting bleach Mark's on sheets and wrong laundry returned in the bags. So many things went missing in our bags and ALWAYS something wrong. They didnt care. Would not recommend taking your laundry here. Very poor service.

This place is a total rip off! When call to make a complaint not to ask for money back nothing but to let them know there may be a problem with their dryers the guy turns into a total jerk I would never ever go back there. You need to know how to treat your customers and learn how to take a complaint. Remember it's a complaint not a personal attack if you are going to own a business then learn how to run it!
