Just a few weeks new to Hastings and really not knowing where to go, I got a flat driving out to see a friend in Napier. The AA, like true heros came and saved me and recommended that I go out and see the guys at Bays. I phoned them and they were happy to fit me in, which considering I had to leave to drive to Wellington in just a few hours - I was so greatful for. I drove over carefully from Havlock on my temporary tyre and Stuart looked after me got a new tyre straight on and couldn't have been more helpful.

Bought a new set of AT tyres for my truck. Thought sweet as, nice and affordable. Disappointed when a few months down the track I realise that the tyres are on backwards - take it elsewhere to get a wheel alignment done after hitting a huge pot hole and asked them to flip tyres so the Blue block letters are on the outside, turns out the front tyres are different to the back, hence why they were put on backwards. Not impressed at all, was not told the tyres were different. Yes it’s just the way it looks, but for me that makes a huge difference. Will not be returning now
