Mission: Inflatable

Went to the Hutt Park Mission Inflatable. Would rate 0 if I could. Bought a voucher to surprise my kids. Nothing about opening hours on the voucher and turned up on a Saturday to be told it's only open on a Sunday. When we did go the staff were rude, toilets were filthy with toilet paper and urine all over the place. A staff member yelled at my friends child despite my friend standing next to her child supervising. Then I was charged twice for my coffee. Total rip off, dirty with rude staff and staff who look like they'd rather be anywhere but there. Will never be back.

Quite a few of the bouncy castles are feeling a bit tired... Perhaps just need patching. Still a great time to be had here :)

great fun! easy parking, lots to do for an hour or two

Party booking... so I hardly ever write a poor review but I had to warn others. If you book a party here be prepared for things to go very very wrong. Despite all emails confirming details and several phone calls in advance and turning up early, a lot of issues happened on the day I spent at least an hour of our 2 hour party dealing with the incompetent manager. The staff who wound up working (one who looked like she was going to cry apparently she’d been there since 4am and it was a 6pm booking) were lovely but it was a battle at every step. Had organised a booking, paid in full in advance, arrived and nothing was inflated, finally was at 10 past our booking time, manager tried to insist we all eat and sit on sports stand benches and was going to block us into that area with a tall shoe shelf!? when we’d booked party area in the cafe because she’s already sent staff home and cafe was shut, tried to get me to talk to her employee on her cell phone after the party had started I stuck to my guns and insisted on tables and chairs in the cafe despite this taking over 30 minutes to sort, she then insisted the the party full of 4 year olds and under sit on tall bar stools!? So again argued till we got normal table and chairs as booked and paid for, then she denied delivery of our vegan pizza for kids with eating allergies which Is already pre arranged to which we argued again... and she left her staff to deal with everything while she swanned off. She was extremely rude unprofessional and unaccommodating I seriously hope for the sake of the business that she gets replaced, she blamed Tahlia for everything who was the person I had been corresponding with, however Tahlia wasn’t there to defend herself and even if that was the issue then blaming your staff and making us the customers problem is totally NOT okay! Everything was a battle. This is not a cheap place to hire and normally you get what you pay for but not in this case. I’ve now heard this from several others as well. Despite this logistical nightmare the kids had a lovely time but I had to miss half of my child’s party sorting out their issues. I do NOT recommend after hours party bookings with this company which is very sad given its potential and we will NEVER book with them again, we will also be telling everyone we know not to. Again though the junior staff were lovely and the bar manager was great. I’d give a zero except the actual inflatables are great.

Great selection of inflatable castles. The kids had soo much fun. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

My son came here for a birthday party and absolutely loved it! Highly recommend for parties or if you want to wear the kids out for the day.

Great place to take the kids, lots of different stuff to play on. Would give it 5 stars but some stuff is run down a bit and some wasn't pumped up enough

Kids were ok for about an hour, we didn't stay whole two hours as with no cafe, nothing to break time up. I've been to.similar places and have to drag kids out, not sure why they'd had enough after an hour here, was unusual for them. Staff friendly.And yes, if you find yourself driving through what seems like the bus park by the rail track - it's ok, you're on right path.Probably bit expensive for what it is for more than one kid - maybe $12 with a coffee or drop price to half. Kids aren't asking to back and I probably wouldn't suggest it at that price.$5-6 an hour and I might think about it to let then run off some steam for an hour on a rainy day but that would be at a push.

Great place for kids birthday parties. Just recommend you pre buy bottled water before hand as the kids use up lots of energy

Staff awesome and really fun for the kids. My 5 and 7 year olds were worn out. Top find especially with jumparama in Newtown now closed.
