Bruce Moroney Electrical

I have nothing but good things to say about Bruce Moroney Electrical. The service was fantastic right from the very start, getting a quote and setting up times for an electrician to come out. We ran into an issue (expected) of some asbestos that needed to be removed first and they organised the whole thing for us and had very clear communication about further costs. The removal was done swiftly and work continued on the house. The service and workmanship by the electricians that attended the house was superb. Always good to be supporting a family-run business as well. Will be using them time and time again I'm sure.

Excellent Service!!!!!!A young man Warren and Jamie (Napier) cannot fault them.On time, absolute respect shown towards our home, very clean and tidy very honest they have been re wiring our house past few days. The level of communication between them both has been quiet amusing. I contacted Bruce Moroney when I had no hot water, they had a electrician at my house within 2 hours and the problem was resolved. Great service, very professional and reasonable price. Thanks guys.

Hmm, guy was nice enough, told me that he was unable to fix my air conditioning malfunction problem. Didnt actually seem to know much about them.He was here approx 15 mins, and I was billed $105, which I paid, but I do think it is a bit excessive.

Excellent responsiveness. Half my power was out, they attended within 3 hours of phone call and fixed quickly. Given that the City is in a state of emergency and recovering from a cyclone when electrician demand is so high, this was excellent response and service.

Then new owners are rip offsI moved my spa to another house. Ask them to wire the spa up. Very easy Job. Distance from the circuit was only 7 meters easy run through the ceiling for cable.Got invoice $2400. We distributed that they then cut down to $1200 distributed but they wouldnt move off $1200. I had the same spa wired for $500 over 20 meters from circuit board.To top Bruce Maroney electrical high bill off. The workers went to lunch left our front door wide open and my brief case which contained debit card, drivers license, cash wallet and important documents was stolen. My card was used a money was taken. It took 3 months before the bank gave my money back. Police were involve.

Not a good experience. They charged me $35 for a lamp switch that I could have bought from the same supplier they did for $20!!! Won't use them again!
