The whole team at Hyundai Taupo were amazing when on Dec 23 when our Sante Fe started to 'miss a beat' coming into Taupo. With nothing in it for them they let us know what was wrong with our car, have stored it til the tow truck can pick it up after Christmas and even ran us out to the airport to pick up a rental. Can't speak highly enough of Shane, Johnny and the team at what was a very stressful time for our family. Their service went way beyond and we are very grateful.

Superb service. At short notice both fixed a key battery issue then in the same week responded to replace my battery. Even came to the house to get me started! Fantastic, keep up the great work.

Received super service from the service manager, Shane and his team. Had some issues with my Sante Fe 2.2L Diesel overheating while towing a 1.5t caravan up hills. The issue was escalated to Hyundai NZ and similar issues found in other countries pointed to the coolant being an inferior concentration. Yet to test this under load when we head back with our caravan tomorrow. Shane's communication was excellent. Hope the works undertaken all work out tomorrow.

While visiting Taupo our Santa fe got a puncture, we called into Hyundai Taupo, the staff there were very friendly/helpful, they offered to fix it straight away. When we picked our vehicle up they had put the spare tyre back under the car and even vacuumed the floors. Thank you so much!!
