4 stars as i originally contacted them through their website regarding a warranty return and didn't get a reply. After several weeks i contacted them through email and got a very quick response and had a replacement product within a couple of weeks. The customer service once initiated was very helpful and i am happy to purchase more goods from them.

DONT BUY FROM THESE CROOKSTerrible customer service after they sold me an arca rail with missing screws. I received my arca rail in the post, when I removed the shipping wrap it was clear the original packaging had been opened and stapled back together. When I emailed them to replace the missing parts, they blamed customs, despite the shipping packaging still being in contact. I was then told they were unable to get replacement parts from the supplier and I would have to source replacement screws myself, at my own cost. They then complete ignored any correspondence after basically telling me it wasn't their problem.Buy from somewhere else if you want to get what you pay for.

First time purchasing a red dot sight (TEALTH HALO REFLEX/LASER SIGHT$129.95) One of the cheaper ones but absolutely better then I expected. Delta Mike are very friendly via phone call or emails communication is great and the Sight arrived just 2 working days after purchase a+ company will be purchasing more stuff through them

I have only purchased one time from them but my experience was great. They offer great communication. They had the product I needed when I couldn't get it in the US. The price was right even with international shipping rates. My only issue would be the time it took for shipping but because of Covid protocols and shutdowns which are out of their control.
