We recently ordered a replacement cover for our large cantilever umbrella, Lifestyle was the only company with them. They sent it to us in Auckland, however the courier lost the package. After numerous calls to the courier, we contacted the team at Lifestyle, they immediately offered a replacement at no charge or courier fee which arrived two days later. Great customer service and highly recommend the team at Lifestyle.

Careless Owner! Didn’t care, Didn’t offer help to fix or remedy the mess left to an antique fire surround which I had been clear, I loved my tiled surround & want to keep it as nice as possible.“Would not recommend this company at all”!The new fire whistled & screamed for weeks, kept our household awake at night & the dog barking for hours was told by Phil (The owner) to light the fire to stop screaming, when he knew it had not been council consented which meant if my house burnt down I would not have been insured, using a new fire that had no council consent.

Wonderful service by the team at Lifestyle. I went in to discuss the process of getting a fireplace installed, they talked me through everything, arranged the consent and when they had a vacant spot they bought my installation forward by two weeks. It looks absolutely beautiful in the space! The whole team was wonderful to deal with and made the process so easy! Recommended them to my Dad and he is now also getting his installed through Lifestyle.

Outstanding service from Dylan at lifestyles. After being messed around for many months by another retailer these guys managed to get the built in bbq I was after in a very timely fashion. A rare example of a business that works for their customers and follows up on requests.

Great professional service from Matt when he installed my Masport Waimakariri and the whole way through from the quote to completion. Had a new woodburner installed by these guys. The whole process from helping to choice a suitable burner for the house to organising the consent made the whole thing very easy. Installer did an excellent job on the day and they even made a follow up call that afternoon to make sure I was happy with everything. Definitely recommend! Thanks guys.

This business made the purchase and install of our new log burner just so easy. Fast, efficient and handled all the council approvals on our behalf. Tradesmen who arrived to install were great and cleaned up after themselves, very professional. Highly recommend this business
