very nice rooms, come with everything you need for a day. extremely clean too. very nice owner, who let us extend our check out time due to arriving late

The room and location are great.Just be aware for those traveling with children, they charge $35NZD per child extra. That was over 1/3 of the cost of our room and the reason given was because children are harder to clean up after. To me, that is way overpriced, especially since we make sure to clean up after our kids wherever we stay.

Bed’s and pillow were comfy the only complaint is we could hear the person in the unit next door snoring and hear their conversation and TV. Not very good sound proofing between units. The place wasn’t full but they put us side by side.

Quiet little village, last shops heading westward. Couple of cafés, but closed Monday & Tuesday. Local store well stocked, and has postal facilities. Camping ground , motels, tavern are all right in the village.Starting point for Farewell Spit tours.

I find it hard to fault this Motel, the rooms were great for the price, they were spotlessly clean and the shower was amazing after a day of walking. Can't beat the location.

Collingwood Park Motel
Due to a delayed ferry trip, we didnt make it in the time we thought we would. The staff were helpful in making sure we could get into our room after reception hours.The room was tidy, comfortable and had great kitchenette facilities. The milk in the fridge was especially awesome to find for a hot drink after a cold drive. Exceptional stay.

Who could ask for more than waking up in the bay. Tui. Bellbirds singing morning noon and night. An amazing view.My wife grew up in the bay so going home is lovely

Friendly staff, and rooms were clean , tidy and kitchen had everything you needed. Bed was very comfy, and will definitely stay again. Thanks
