I got my first motorbike a couple months ago and the people here were extremely helpful, they answered all my questions (which I had a lot of) and I never felt like I was being sold something, it feels much more like they're just trying to help me out.They're extremely considerate when it comes to budgets too, I don't have loads of cash but they got me sorted more than once with something I could afford every timeDefinitely the best place to go for any motorbike needs

Ordered a cheaper option in instead of only offering dearer option.Very busy on a Saturday, so abit of a wait at service desk, as only 2 staff.

Rude and incompetent. Wouldnt recommend. Bought a brand new motorbike from here, will not be using them for maintenance on this bike. Accused me of using a fake mask exemption (when she didn't even have hers on correctly and was the 3rd shop assistant, atleast 15 minutes into being in the shop, makes no sense) and required me to go right through my emails to prove it wasn't. Didn't sell me the correct brake fluid or bother to see why my brake fluid had run out after only 3 months of owning said brand new bike. Will not be going back to this shop for maintenance. Wayyy friendlier shops in taranaki with better stock, more knowledge and less attitude.

Had 2 new tyres fitted.Excellent professional service and friendly staff. I would recommend these guys to all.Thank you, I'm a happy customer ☺️

After having a disappointing experience in another dealership I walked in to the shop for the first time and I was greeted by a friendly staff member she helped me with some items I needed and I spent some time looking at the bikes on the floor with a friendly salesman who took time to share a conversation on bike interests nice shop great staff I highly recommend a visit

Great service from both the parts/tech division and mechanical workshop

This shop did a good job of fixing my KTM. Was leaking fuel. Explained that I'd just spent $700 getting a fuel leak fixed and that it had a nearly full tank of gas that was fresh. They emptied tank while diagnosing and charged me to put more gas in it. Was not offered my old fuel back to throw in car. Manager told me he'd sort something but never did. They also polished parts of bike (display) which was random as I never asked for that and can polish myself for $100 an hour, yet neglected to lube and tighten chain which I did ask for? But they did fix the fuel leak so credit where credit is due.
