TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH DR DOROTHY OKA HAYASHI !!!!Went to get a filling done and doctor Oka hayashi was rude and REALLY REALLY rough.Had to raise my hand multiple times to let her know I was in pain where she then stuck a 4th needle roughly into my gum (guessing she's angry at this point because I keep telling her I'm feeling pain). I have had this procedure done before multiple times and never have I ever felt this much pain and discomfort from any other dentist I have been to.Went home not being able to feel my whole face and couldn't sleep from the pain of all the needles.I have contacted them to speak to a manager but they couldn't put me through. But will not stop contacting till this is sorted as I do not want this to happen again to anyone.I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Your money will be better off somewhere else. Where you get treated like a customer and not a dog.

If I could give a zero for the service. I would. I had oppointment for clean up and asked to get consulatation for tooth extraction. Dentist Dorothy was so rude and she was so rough on my gums. Did not clean my tooth properly and finished the work less then 15 mins. She was that hard on my gums I was tearful during the procedure. My gums were sensitive anyway. I am having constant bleeding since that and got a big wound in my gum. I am trying to contact the head office to complain about this lady Dorothy. How can she be so rude to patients. If I don’t complain she would do the same thing to other patients. I feel so disappointed and would not recommend anyone to see specially DR Dorothy. She should be fired from her job.

I give my experience at Kelston Dentists a 4/5. The staff were both friendly and professional. They did an amazing job with my teeth and I will be coming back in six months time.

I needed urgent care due to a painful toothache, booked an appointment on same day easily on 0800 number. I received polite and friendly service from Kelston Smile Dental. The Receptionist was accommodating and the Dentist was professional, informative and provided me the relief I needed. Very appreciative

Only went there due to my dentist not being available and also they offered afterpay but to my disappointment the receptionist didn't know how to set it up so I paid full price anyway which was kind of a waste of my time for me going there as other dentists were charging less. The saving grace was that Dentist Dorothy did a great extraction job and happy with that but the receptionist needs to work out the afterpay thing.

I am incredibly satified with the service given by the dentist and receptionist. The dentist provided her expertise advice and very patient with me eventhough I did ask her several times for the same questions so as to reconfirm my understanding with the inflamation on my tooth and the fee charged was reasonable. Will definitely go back to her if I need any dental treatment again. Thank you.

Consistent exceptional service by all staff at Smile Dental Kelston. I have previously visited before for a x-ray and clean and it was honestly the most painless clean I have ever had. The dentist was thorough in his explanation and gave me options on what to consider next for my teeth.My father also went in for a tooth extraction which went smoothly. Again, the dentist thoroughly explained the procedure and took the time to answer any questions. They patiently worked with me to get my fathers paperwork sorted for him to get SuperGold pricing due to a misunderstanding on my part.Highly recommend Smile Dental Kelston for efficient and amazing service for your dental services.
