Price is good but customer service is pathetic, even at the warehouse for pickup

I like this business, great customer services eh,nice mates rates too, better than farmers and those other big shetty players with ridiculous rip off prices.

*AVOID AT ALL COST* When they try to get your money, they make everything seems easy, once they get your money, they do everything below the bare minimum. No customer service skills. FULL of Broken promises.We've ordered a couch to be delivered in 2 weeks. They promised they have the couch in stock and agreed on a delivery date. We've also bought a mattress from them to be delivered on the same day. We've paid the full price on the spot.Two days before the agreed delivery date, they called to inform us that our couch was now out of stock and it would take another two months to be back in stock. They couldn't explain to us why our Preordered couch went out of stock. They asked if we wanted the right chaise instead of the left chaise, as if we would alter our house to fit their stock. We demanded compensation, they avoided responding to any compensation enquiry. We've got a confirmation via text, email, and call that our mattress is still coming on the agreed delivery day. We waited all day, nothing came. We called the contact centre only to be informed that they've cancelled our mattress delivery because they couldn't deliver the couch. How does our mattress have anything to do with the couch that went out of stock. Luckily, our friend had a truck and went to pick it up from the store, otherwise, we wouldn't have had anything to sleep on. Again, no compensation was given. Mary was the person I was dealing with. She was useless. Got nothing done. Promise with no delivery. She keeps saying she would escalate our case to the manager, never did. She couldn't give any logical explanation as to why their customer service was so poor. No compensation was given for the inconvenience. Not to mention, every time I call, they act as if they have not spoken to me before and keep trying to get me off the phone by saying they would call me back. They never do. They would also put me on hold for 30 minutes + and came back with no new information. They just messed around with us for no reason. We will never ever shop here again and have let our circle know to avoid them.

Huge variety of all kinds of furniture. They have furniture in every price range, from cheapest to the luxurious one.

Pro's: Service at the iFurniture Westgate store was great, even the online service was quick, efficient and informative.Con's: Deliver was about 30 days later than what was originally committed.People who delivered the couches were unfriendly, there were apparently some questions that iFurniture should have asked me relating to my delivery, which they did not, and the delivery guys (who claimed they were from iFurniture")

Messy place, not friendly and not organised staff. Cheap price and cheap quality Chinese products.

Some bargains in standard items, some gimmicky furniture a wee bit pricey.Service was good in such a busy environment.

Our pick up time sot was between 1-2 pm, we had to wait a lot longer because a friend of the receptionist was coming to pick up her order and when asked why we are still waiting were told the person (her friend) had a “big order”. And when they brought our order they were very reckless with handling the glass and messed up our order by giving us 2 glass pieces.

Good range of beds ,desks, sofas, chairs etc.

Recieved my new desk from ifurniture and am absolutely stoked with the quality of the hardware. Assembly was so simple and all pieces were in tact. Box was a bit damaged but the courier driver apologized as they had an accident at the NZ post branch with the over load during Covid-19 lock down.The desk was in secure packaging and I'm grateful.Awesome ! And I will def be using them again !
