Popped in for a quick bite just as they opened. Lucky for me i was served by the owners. The service was outstanding. The care in which they constructed our meals was top notch. You can tell the passion they have is second to none. They were friendly and kind to my family, no hesitation to spark up a friendly conversation. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

Haven't had subway in NZ and we visited the Otaki branch. Staff were very helpful and polite. Had a fantastic 6inch both of us and grandaughter had a 12 inch roll. Plus the biscuit are to die for. Everything was fresh ☺️

Subs well filled. Young staff were friendly and patient.Limited seating, especially away from the door.They don't do breakfast subs (i.e egg) all day outside of breakfast hours.

Slow as all hell. Took 20 mins to be served. The dude on was slow. Another chick decided to go and sit down and pronounce her intentions of such. But the saving grace was the young girl who did the till, friendly, fast, and helpful. She is the only reason this place didn't get a 1 star.

Went in to get a wrap & received THE BEST service from Vanessa (the owner) from the start. Even when I was waiting for my turn she acknowledged me from the counter. I can see she SURE knows how to make the best subs!! I will definitely be coming here more often when I can!! Thanks Vanessa :-) ps. That cookie was yummy for my train ride.
