Fendalton Library
Good customer service and collection of books. Good parking close by with a park for kids to play. This is one of the libraries that is open until 8 pm which is quite convenient to visit after work.

Very poorly organised help desk. Went in for voting, they need a number system as they kept forgetting who they had seen and sent two people to the back of the queue. Hopeless and a waste of time. Good library otherwise.

This library has a lot of good resources, and is a really good size which makes it more likely to get a good spot to study. Lots of plugs along the window desks however these are not the most comfortable seats. Staff is friendly and helpful and there is always a lot of parking either in the car park or on the street.

Fendalton Library
Modern library with a huge collection of books and facilities for children and adults. Plenty of seating areas are available, and spending time here has become my weekly needs. I usually come here to work on my studies because the facility here is more than enough as an alternative to a busy university library. The staff are friendly and helpful, although more smiles from them are needed. There is also plenty of parking spaces available outside the library for those who come with a car.

My dad and my family are so grateful to your staff today. My mum has dementia, was on her mobility scooter which dad was following in the car. She got lost and was able to lose dad as well. She says you were all wonderful and very helpful by getting in contact with dad to pick her up.

Very approachable, & helpful staff! Easy to sign up, borrow, print, as well as multiple community groups & activities on constantly. Library is quiet & spaceous. Easily accessible for all (flat entry/exit, wide aisles & large automatic doors).

Came in had a huge sense of passive aggression from whoever initially helped me. You are working with the public, if you aren't a peoples person get a new job. However another librarian was super nice and helped lots, wish I got her name. Thank you.
