Don't usually go in here to shop but was in the area so hopped in for some GF things with my okker son. Oh my ... Yr bakery has a huge range of all the things we're NOT allowed to eat. If their prices weren't so high in there, I would def get my grocs there, but alas way too expensive. Love the shop itself though as it's clean and signage is gd. Large range of lots of items. Any chance Countdown you could drop those prices by at least 20% ?

As far as the online shopping is concerned dont bother! Placed an order which was supposed to be for the next day got deferred twice for unforseen circumstances yeah right not enough drivers most likely wont use that service if you could call it that again oh and by the way we were isolating at the time and really needed it thanks countdown not!!!

Countdown stores particularly the Frazer Cove store are always deliberately over charging for items on special.Always check your receipts because these stores are notorious for this practise.They know that most people won’t check their receipts at least until they are at home and then can’t be bothered going back into the store and waiting forever to be served.When Palmolive hand wash is on special at $2.50 and comes up at $4.69Then honey advertiser at $8.00 is charged @ $15.00Countdown you have a problem, because this practise is all too common

Amazing, friendly staff members except for two. These ladies generally work the self service aisle and definitely bring the customer service experience down, they make it very unpleasant and not welcoming at all.

Friendly helpful staff who know their stock. Several know our faces and welcome us each week. Our usual supermarket. Great having more discount on a Tuesday for oldies. Always clean & welcoming. Great cheese bread rolls.
