Special thanks to EmiShe is so friendly with smile at all time,I need several T-shirt Medium size but the store don’t have. Nevertheless, she help me to get it from the very far place with very good attitude.Besides, my sunglasses disappeared at the store, but she already discovered it and put it on the counter helps me to take it back very quickly.5 star google comments for sure.If the shop owner see this review, please raise her salary. She deserves it.

Felt uncomfortable being followed around the store as if I'm about to steal smth. Walked from 1st level to 2nd then 3rd but was being followed around even if I alrdy said I'm just looking around and am all good. Not the best experience.

Very spacious place. Looks like one of the biggest souvenir shop in Queenstown. But that doesn't mean this place is the cheapest. Most of the place sells the same things but the prices are differents. This place is great to purchase T-shirts and some Eco-bags.
