We came across Evans Property Management whilst looking for a rental. Janine was so friendly and knew all about the couples she was showing around. Even though there were a few of us there, she made us all feel at ease and invested in by her. The home wasn't for us, but Janine took the time to ask what would be suitable for us and then she found us the most perfect home for our situation and helped us to remove any barriers we may have had. Since signing with Evans Property Management everything has been so easy. Consistent communication, clear directions on what needs to happen next and even a lovely Happy Easter to all of their tenants. Sometimes it's the little things that really make you appreciate a service. Most agents we had been dealing with make us feel like they were doing us a favour, not with Evans Property Management, they 100% make you feel like you are important and valued, which of course makes us value them back. We are renting for a couple of years having sold our home and waiting to make a bigger move, however as previous homeowners who have rented out homes before, Evans Property Management are next level in their care. The information they have provided us would make me as a landlord comfortable leaving my home in their capable hands and as a tenant it has been smooth sailing. I could not recommend this company enough.

I was thoroughly impressed with Janine's effort and attention to detail when she placed a tenant for my property. She went to great lengths to ensure I found the right person, and her professionalism and robust systems gave me great great confidence in her work. She certainly knows what she's doing! The company in question has proven itself to be deeply unsatisfactory in its dealings with tenants, showcasing hostility, a lack of respect and honesty. It has been an experience that has left a bitter taste in my mouth.One of the most egregious instances was when they blamed me for a weathered, rusted washing line. It was evident to anyone that the state of the washing line was a result of years of weather exposure, not any misuse on my part. Nevertheless, they insisted I was responsible and forced me to bear the costs of replacement. This was not just a financial burden, but an absolutely unfair accusation that left me feeling disgusted and wronged.Their handling of this situation was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful, undermining any faith I had in their integrity. This company seems more interested in finding ways to pin blame on tenants rather than taking ownership of its responsibilities.I strongly urge any property owners considering their services to think twice. If you care about creating a respectful, fair, and transparent relationship with your tenants, this company is one to avoid. They have shown a blatant disregard for tenant satisfaction, and the result is a strong distaste and resentment that will inevitably strain your relationship with your tenants.In conclusion, I can't stress enough the importance of treating people with fairness and respect, qualities this company sorely lacks. Do your tenants a favor, save them the unnecessary stress and frustrations, and choose a different property management company.

After having a bad experience with another property management, I changed to Evans. I was very stressed and overwhelmed before meeting Janine. Janine has gone above and beyond by sorting out issues that already existed by finding handyman to fix them which has been a huge relief. So far, Janine has been very quick and efficient with great communication skills. Janine has been amazing and I would recommend her very highly. Thank you Janine!!!
