Purchased an item online, 2 weeks later was told item wasn't in stock. Refund was received promptly HOWEVER two days later I started getting Google ads advertising the exact product, and when I checked it was still available on the WS website...

Absolutely terrible service. Was told that our A2 poster would take 30 minutes to print, that was fine, went to have a coffee and came back to another staff member telling us it hadn't been started yet...they then said it would be another 30 mins but possibly longer and they offered to text me when it was ready. We waited 2 hours with no text, decided to call and a staff member said it was all ready to pick up. On pickup, they handed us the poster and quickly went back to work without any discussion. The communication was lacking and our time wasted. 2.5 hours in total for a print job that should have been done within the hour. Will be going elsewhere for future services.

We witnessed the difficult and unreasonable treatment of customers by Jennie(wearing glasses) at the checkout counter. Such people bring disaster to the society.

Really bad service. Said item was in stock online and on their system as the shipment had been delivered to them the day prior. The girl acted as if she didn’t want to even look and was rude when she couldn’t find it I had to ask for someone else. There was no supervisor or manager on just really young people who clearly didn’t know what they were doing.

Very sad to see the demise of what was a well stocked store that was able to supply to businesses. Since the store was merged with the warehouse, there are no staff prepared to assist (unless you want photos) The stock quality appears to be dropping to a pre Teen" style

If I could give them a zero star I would.Dealt with Ben this morning who told me he could do the job I needed but then I called back to sort and he said they couldn't do it. I ended up phoning head office and spoke with Te Aroha (who was amazing!!) They sorted it immediately.Ben was an absolute drongo and I wouldn't listen to anything he has to say as it'll be incorrect and he'll send you on a wild goose chase. Go to OfficeMax or similar, we will be from now on!

Don't expect service here.Went to make a repeat order for labels. Got told oh we can print these here...go to aisle 63 youll find them there, and reformat the label to size as per instructions on the website then we can print them.What about ordering them online? Blank looks!@!
