The woman who I dealt with was not interested in me, and then said I needed to pay $100 for her to research my travel request. I went in wanting to buy my flights tickets then and there. Maybe she thought I wasn’t serious. I had to walk out because of her and go elsewhere.

Carla is an excellent travel agent. Clear, concise, and covers all basis of trans-tasman travel in the omicron era. Called me back as I needed urgent travel from Brisbane, and found airfare 250 cheaper.Highly recommend. Service above and beyond
