I can't say enough good things about this company. The customer service that I have recieved, more than once, is outstanding. I have some embarrassment in ordering incontinence pads even though the cause was a radical prostatectomy for carcinoma of the prostate, which was no doubt life saving for me.However, I have found corresponding with staff at the Radius Care Shop, supportive, helpful and understanding.One hint that I will pass on is that I halve the pads, Abri-San 4, by folding transversely across the centre point and then cutting along the crease with scissors. Two for One! This is more economical than using designed urinary only pads.
