Their service used to be good when they started because they needed patients. But it’s the worst I have experienced now and also I heard of many others have the feeling. They rushed you out during the appointment, and it’s hard to make an appointment within the same week. Never suggest this to any one.

Awful, absolutely awful! I made an appointment, showed up for my appointment and they said I never booked an appointment there. Receptionist aren’t good! It took them about 4 weeks to get me registered in the first place because she had forgotten about my files till I rang them up and asked if I enrolled I. 2 weeks time. It was an Indian receptionist, it didn’t seem like she wanted to enrol me in the first place. Awful!

Reception staff needs training on listening to patients. Whenever we call they dont want to hear what we have to tell. Our GP asked to contact the clinic as they may want to see our 7 month old son who has dehydration due to covid if things dont get better in 48hours. I tried to inform Jo at reception and she said she understands it urgent but there are no appointments and did nothing to escalate it to GP. She said she will add to nurse’s call list but did not bother to give a timeframe on when they will call and just kept the call. Its not easy to even call back and get someone to talk to. Both Covid care and Hutt hospital emergency were surprised that the high street health didn't even arrange a quick call back from GP despite quoting urgent.

They are not only bad at service but also very unprofessional. Instead of getting better, my daughter got worse after two visits. We had to go to ED, where the pediatrician said the dose given by GP was five times less than what my daughter actually needed! I can not believe my daughter was so sick, and taking the medicine they prescribed was like drinking sweet water!

A great local family GP with doctors and nurses who can see patients. If you attend regularly you are given one GP to see but if they are away you can see anyone in the practise. There are numerous doctors so getting an appointment isn't usually too difficult! You do need to book appointments in advance, or if you need to be seen same day for an emergency that isn't bad enough for ED at the hospital (you're not dying but need help now eg a UTI or ear infection) you can call the clinic earlier in the morning (at 8am) and ask reception to put you on the list to see someone on the same day. There are limited same day slots and some days there aren't any. All of the team are kind and patient. Mask wearing is still in use here as of May 2023.

Bit baffling to think they deserve 1 star. If you have any care for your health, find another provider.

Very very poor system. Reception team members are so poor and not responsible at all. Doctors are not available. I even had an experience that they were not responsible for finding my lost record. So sorry for the team.

Really patient and understanding receptionists who go out of their way to help find an appointment for you. Had an amazing experience recently where they went above and beyond which meant I was able to get an appointment and treatment for my young son same day - unheard of at most places lately. Thank you so much for your mahi.
