Very good service. Especially a girl names Ruby was very friendly. She cared about customer needs and was very patient when communicate with complicated request. It is not the nearest branch from where I am living, but I choose to bank there.

I did not have high expectations for my visit to Newmarket Branch today after reading comments and low ratings from others.However l was very pleasantly surprised by the thorough and professional service provided by Chan and her Manager Crystal.My issues were not straightforward but they were dealt with by Chan and Crystal with patience and respect.Thank you both for being so helpful and professional.

Terrible service with so much red tape and unfriendly staff. I went in to activate my account and just walked out by canceling my application as these guys honestly don't deserve our time, money or energy
