Highly recommend Don and his treatment. Very knowledgeable and very in depth treatment plans especially for cancer managment and custom made for the individual. I learnt alot with regards korean hand therapy that just isnt available outside of korea if at all,Dons knowledge is second to none.I especially liked that the plan is specific to me and my condition, along with additional options such as Platinum diamond photon treatment and acubeam. And heras food was simply amazing and highly nutritious. Thanks so much for your help

I have just finished the Korean Hand Acupuncture online course over Zoom with Don at the Self Treatment Centre. I would recommend it to anyone that is eager to treat themselves safely and with no side-affects and really REALLY works! This course is extremely informative and Don teaches the different methods thoroughly and professionally. Don has a wealth of knowledge and experience that he generously shares, and there is plenty of time for any questions you want to ask as well. Doing this course over zoom was so convenient and it was great having the shorter 2hour sessions each time so you are able to process the information. The eWorkbooks are a fantastic reference and you also have access to the recorded course after you have completed each session to be able to review. Understanding how our body works with the micro-meridians is completely fascinating and helps you get a much better picture of how our bodies function. I have personally seen quick results to conditions like hayfever and digestive complaints. Worth every penny and if you apply the information it is a very affordable ongoing health investment.Thank you Don!

I have benefited from Don Kim's treatment for some years. He is a superb practitioner taking a holistic approach. I have also taken part in his hand acupuncture course. It provided a superb insight into a healing system and gave me some tools to treat myself. I am not confident with the system yet, but have enough information to experiment. I would recommend taking part in a followup course as well. I highly recommend Don Kim's work.

I have studied Korean Hand Therapy before with other teachers. It was a tremendous benefit to learn from Don Kim because he has so much practical clinical experience. Also, he has some useful perspectives that I have not found anywhere else.

INCREDIBLE place to stay, hidden away from the bustle of Auckland but conveniently located! Nestled away in some native bush, this place feels like an absolute haven. My colleague and I stayed here during a worktrip, we absolutely loved it! And I have since been back again in which I felt warmly welcomed. We took advantage of the mud sauna, cedar hot tub, massage chair, and short bushwalk to add some relaxation to our trip. The space is incredible with an open dining area and all the facilities you could ever need. Tui and Keruru perch themselves amongst the trees nearby and the birdsong is a wonderful forest symphony. Don and Hera are very friendly and kind hosts who made us feel very welcome during our trip but also respected giving us our own space. This would also be an awesome place to stay as a couple for a relaxing health retreat. I’ve stayed here twice now and will definitely be back again, can't recommend this place enough! I absolutely loved this course and feel so very blessed to be a student of Don, he is inspiring and has so much knowledge to pass on. I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis for a couple of years. I have tried many different treatments that I could try, but it didn't seem to get any better. After all, I got to know Don's Korean Hand Acupuncture therapy, and I went to see him. It was my first treatment received from Don.Surprisingly, as soon as he found some spots on my hands which I assume related to my pain and was treated with acupuncture, I could feel the pain get much better immediately and could walk a lot easier than without his treatment. Thanks to Don's professional treatment. I would highly recommend his service to anyone!!
