The service at this shop is atrocious. I have been using North Shore Radiators for years but was severely disappointed this time around. I think it must have changed ownership recently as the friendly old chap I used to deal with was amazing. I sent in my radiator for a cleaning service after it was filled with engine oil from a cracked head, only to discover when I got it back it was still full of oil. This in itself did not annoy me so much, what infuriated me was the complete disregard for customer service. When I returned to bring up the issue, the staff member was very defensive and said he had done what was quoted. He was extremely arrogant and condescending. Further more upon leaving he mumbled under his breath that I was a little s**t. A year ago I would have recommended this place to every person I knew, now I would tell them to avoid it with a 10 foot barge pole. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY
