These guys are absolutely amazing! My coffees are always perfect and there’s so many different options to choose from. I also work in the mall and they are always happy to deliver my coffees/food to my shop! Everyone is so nice and friendly and do their best to make sure you have a great experience even when they’re extremely busy! Food is always yum too. 10/10

I ordered the vegetarian glutenfree wrap with a green tea. So nice to find something different in the cabinet. Most cafes have a salad or fritters. Really enjoyed it. Tea was good too, and stayed lovely and hot. Thank you.My partner enjoyed his coffee and pie too.Friendly staff. All smiling and looking as though they enjoy there jobs. Cheers

Terrible experience here today. Was served by a girl with short black hair that was rude and unfriendly and seemed as if she didn’t want to be there. Not enough staff on, I saw one of the girls crying because she looked so stressed with lack of management. The other girls were super lovely even under the pressure of the busy day. Someone really needs to have a closer look at this place for the girls well-being and mental health. Would not be coming back here again.

Can't believe the rudeness of the barista this morning without cause. Was gobsmacked and the other staff member apologised on her behalf. Then takeaway coffee was lukewarm at best. Would love to discuss further with management as during the week we have always had exemplary service. Very disappointing.Thank you for your explanation of a rogue employee. Looking forward to the usual great service in future.

We stopped for a coffee as we had a bit of time to spare. Service was quick and friendly, despite the fact they were pretty busy. Very tasty, hot coffee! Better than the average on offer elsewhere. Friendly patrons, too. We got into conversation with people at the neighbouring table very quickly. We did not have any food, but the range in the cabinet was eye-catching and varied. Easy wheelchair access. Worth a visit.
