Great spot to just park the car and walk around town, along the riverbank and after a great evening meal. Room was great, shower was great - altho a little short - but many are (I'm 6'4) bed was large and comfy... Staff were also really friendly..."

Great service by the proprietors.fabulous location to the town and amenities.Rooms were very nice, comfortable and clean. Will certainly stay again. Wonderful time had.

Clean, quiet, a very short walk to shops etc on the Strand, comfortable and spacious rooms. Management very welcoming and friendly, and if you enjoy Cuban/Latin American cuisine you can eat at their restaurant Little Havana just across the road where Pete will welcome you and his great staff will look after you. We spent three nights here and thoroughly enjoyed every minute.

SO! i drive 11 hours to come stay in this beautiful town, i go to check into my room that my father booked under his name with me as the guest staying, BUT, the rudeness of the receptionist decides to tell me that i can’t use my dads credi card with his name and after he had booked it…she then goes on and tells me that i am not allowed to book in under my dads card and his name when my name is the one for the guest. It is just rude and disrespectful that me and my girlfriend drove 11 hours to then get told in a rude way that i’m not allowed to check in to my room that has fully been booked properly, it is the worst customer service i have experienced in my life and after reading other reviews it sounds like this company does this often which isn’t fair to people who are trying to enjoy their holidays so i advice people to not come and stay at this motel because the customer service is out right rude and disrespectful and is not acceptable.

Online booking was easy and the description of each room was clear. Choice of places to eat is plentiful due to it's location. Overall we had a stress free experience from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. There were a few cracks in places in the bathroom which were no doubt due to recent earthquake activity. We will recommend to others.
