Ellie has such a soft and nurturing nature. She made me feel so comfortable during my 6 week empowerment coaching. Always non judgemental, and kind digging deep on wounds I never knew existed which made a lot of sense. I’m so glad I was called to work with Ellie. Ellie has such a gift in this work. She has an abundance of knowledge in all areas and I felt the course flowed easily into whatever direction I wanted to explore. Ellie created a safe space for me to confront my biggest fears and help me uncover parts of myself that I hadn't found or understood yet. After my first (ever) Reiki session with Ellie I knew she was special! I instantly felt safe and connected to her, and it felt so natural to continue with her empowerment coaching. I have recently completed the 6 week Empowerment Coaching course with Ellie and to say it's changed the way I view my life is an understatement! She is so encouraging and helpful, giving various ways on how to coach yourself to become the ultimate, most powerful version of you. She helped me find ways to help myself that I enjoy and that I feel good about, and I am amazed with how I've evolved over the 6 weeks. I have no doubt that I'll be back again whenever I feel like I need a little extra guidance or help, because what she does is truly incredible, and she is such a trusting and positive person to learn from and be around! I have recently completed a 12 coaching session and energy healing package with Ellie. For a long time I had found myself stuck in feeling small, lost, and low in confidence. With Ellie’s support, I have slowly noticed myself coming back home to who I am. I feel more confident, I am much more aware of my needs and boundaries, have a better understanding of my emotions - when I am avoiding them or slipping into negative patterns - and I am now able to express them too after feeling numb for a long time…! I have found the ability to self soothe instead of outsourcing my power and am learning to love and accept myself as I am.Ellie has such a welcoming, loving presence, while also holding you accountable and helping you be honest with yourself. I highly recommend her as a coach and energy healer if you’re ready to do the work to become more empowered and at home within yourself.

My Reiki session with Ellie was amazing. As soon as I met Ellie, I instantly felt calm and safe. For some reason I felt drawn to see Ellie for a Reiki session, and I'm so glad I followed my gut feeling to do just that. I have had two sessions with Ellie and both were very interesting and informative. I was made to feel very comfortable (I hadn't had Reiki before!) and we chatted a little. Ellie worked mostly in silence, if I didn't have a question for her and I became so relaxed I almost fell asleep. It's hard to describe but I finished both sessions feeling clearer, and 'cleaner', as opposed to the cloudy kind of headspace I had had prior. I definitely felt a range of emotions come up for me, from laughter out loud to feeling very sentimental all of a sudden. Ellie was professional, her space is really calm and beautiful and I walked away knowing that I had found a service I could rely on in the future. Highly reccommend!
