When I discovered I’d locked myself out by leaving an inside deadbolt locked on the main entrance, Access Lock & Safe appeared high in google search for locksmiths in Lower Hutt. It was reassuring to see they have a 24hr service, so I called Geoff right away. For a residential lock-out in Stokes Valley, he was here in half an hour after I texted him my details.Geoff was prompt and efficient, and friendly though I didn’t want to tie up his time. $200 paid by card on his mobile machine, once my details were given for his invoice. I’m happy to have got exactly what I needed and would recommend Access Lock and Safe any time.

Typical weekend catastrophe, locked out my place with no way to get back in. The service was super. I was informed upfront about the related costs and options. I was back in my place within 30 - 40 mins as discussed on the phone.He even gave me tips on how my door seal could be improved.Lovely professional person to deal with and payment was easy with a portable machine so I didn't have to worry about cash.Thanks so much.
