I very seldom write reviews however I feel the need to let this company know how amazing both their customer service and their equipment is. If I could add an extra star I would. I live overseas and was concerned about the international transaction, however not only was I helped with all my queries but also with patience and detailed knowledge of their product. I would 100 % recommend this company for all your needs. My equipment arrived in pristine order and I will definitely order from them again.

From good prices to fast shipping! They keep plenty of attachments and telescopes in stock, plus so many other products from microscopes to night vision binoculars and even IR flashlights! I couldn't recommend a better local company for these types of products!

I recently purchased a telescope from Telescopes NZ as an anniversary present for my husband. I could not have been more impressed with their service from the beginning with expert advice to help me make the right choice of telescope, to the ease of ordering on their website, to the delivery (which was requested for a special on-time delivery). I subsequently ordered an additional lens and this too arrived on time perfectly. NZ Telescopes really are a great company to deal with.

I had a detailed conversation with Terrie on a Sunday as to which telescope to buy for my boys as beginners.She took the time out of her day to talk me through things and actually pointed me to a less expensive more appropriate option to the one I was looking at.Ordered on the Monday morning and arrived Tuesday.Great ,friendly service all round.

Finally found a shop that was able to explain the differences between Reflector and Refractor Telescopes in a way I could understand - Great friendly customer service and they're even based here in Auckland! The Refractor works like a treat, very happy with both product and service - Thank you!
