I'm in Christchurch but Jones Motoring were selling exactly the car I was after. Josh was incredibly helpful when I called him multiple times on his mobile asking him questions. He arranged to have the car checked out by their mechanic and then held onto it while I got on a plane and flew to Dunedin. The staff met me at the airport and treated me like royalty. All the paper work was taken care of. All I had to do was sign on the dotted lines while enjoying an excellent cup of espresso coffee at their beautiful showroom. Then an enjoyable drive back to Christchurch in my new car which I'm thrilled with too by the way. I highly recommend the experience of buying a car from Jones Motoring!

As a single woman who knows nothing about cars, buying a used car on-line from a distant dealer, was pretty scary! But both Josh and Richard were really good to deal with, being incredibly patient and open with my endless questions, organizing an AA inspection etc. Then Richard even met me at the airport. A great service all round, and I'm very pleased with my car.

Bought a car from Jones motoring a year ago now for around the $3000 mark. They were honest with what work needed done which was reflected in the price. Had the part it needed replaced instantly and it has been a brilliant little runaround. Highly recommend Jones motoring, honest and friendly staff and a year down the line happy with my car.

I would advise against considering this particular car dealer. My experience with them while purchasing a Honda Fit Hybrid last year was not positive. Unfortunately, the car did not appear to have undergone a thorough inspection before being sold, which led to a number of issues arising in the first few months of ownership, such as battery, steering, and spark plug issues. Additionally, I had difficulty with the owner, Josh, regarding warranty repairs, as he insisted on using their own mechanic rather than one of our choosing to save their cost, which led to a less than pleasant experience with their garage. Ultimately, the car was driven by the garage without permission and returned to me with an additional dent after their repair work, and upon performing a full inspection later, engine issues were found despite the vehicle having less than 15,000km on the odometer. It seems that the dealership knowingly or negligently sold me a car with substantial issues. Unfortunately, when I raised my concerns with the dealership, they refused to take responsibility for the car or the issues it had. Overall, my experience with this dealership was quite unpleasant and I would recommend that others consider alternative options when purchasing a car.

Went looking for a vehicle from Germany, found 2 but way out of my price range ($15,000) they do have a very good name and after sales service .
