Josh and Bryce definitely went above and beyond for me. I’d already moved away, but they were happy to provide access to the property for cleaning, staging etc. And to check up on things when there were problems with the painters!They had lots of ideas and suggestions for how to present the property in the best way possible, and we ended up with some brilliant photos and video.One always wonders with a real estate agent whether they will prioritise their own commission over getting you the highest price possible, but this was definitely not the case! Josh and Bryce worked just as hard to get another agent’s buyer on board (where they’d have to share commission) as for their “own” buyer. And the competition between the two at auction resulted in a sale price well beyond my expectations!

Knowledgeable͏ and focussedJosh helped us sell our Three Kings house in what might be one of the most complicated markets in years. House prices dropped while we were in the middle of prepping our house and going to market which was a little scary. Josh was so focussed on getting the best outcome for us while being honest about what we should expect. He phoned everyday to keep us up to date and adjusted our sales campaign to meet the needs of potential buyers. Josh has a focus on detail which I personally really appreciate.

Quick response and action is what I call professionalWhile I understand listing agents generally work for the vendor, I feel I have received top notch service from Bryce as well as a buyer. He was quick in responding to our queries and requests. He took the initiatives and went the extra mile to help make things happen. Bryce and Josh also have a good knowledge of the market trend and the communities that they work around. We will consider using them ourselves in future.

Simply the bestI found Josh and Bryce to be a great team to work with when selling my house. Kind, smart and fun and totally professional they made a stressful time easier. They are very knowledgeable about the real estate market and kept me well informed throughout the process. After 38yrs selling our family home was a difficult decision, however Josh & Bryce had the patience and knowledge to make the process seamless and reduce our anxiety with the process.
