my experience was amazing! the lady who did my nails was so lovely and did an amazing job doing the nail art. I even changed my mind a bit halfway though and she was super accommodating!! 10/10 recommend they look so good and professional

This was my first time coming to this salon and first time getting my nails done. When I walked in I was greeted straight away. I didn't get very long to look at the colours. I was very rushed. Kept being asked what colour you want, what colour you want? I also found that the ladies weren't the most friendliness there was no chatting with the customer. I won't be going back.

From the moment I walked in I could feel everyone’s eyes on me. I felt racially stereotyped and only 1 staff member spoke one word to me, which was $45. Staff were rude, watched me the entire time and the results weren’t even good.

I used to like this place but lately when you go they start your manicure or pedicure and sometimes they leave you sitting in the middle of the process and start to attend to another person, this makes them take longer to provide the service just because they want to attend to each person that arrives . The last time I went, unfortunately, one of my cuticles got hurt by the manicurist rushing the process, I felt that burn and hurt my skin, and a couple hours later it became inflamed and by the morning was infected. I had to go to the doctor for antibiotics.Just disappointed.

Anna is A QUEEN with nails and she did an excellent job doing my sisters nails especially with her being quite particular. We are extremely happy with our lash extensions done in such a fast time frame and fit us such short notice thanks for your time and work to the lovely ladies here
